My process for new counselling clients is to book a consult/introduction telephone call (15-30 mins) to see if we are a good fit. This is not a counselling session; I will inquire about the general themes you require support in, discuss logistics (scheduling, location, rate) and give you an opportunity to ask me questions. If we decide to proceed, I will gather some basic intake information and book you an appointment!
